Why there were just part of my ligands been docked？

image When the job finished， I found only part of my ligands have been docked. I have tried several times and the results were same. Ask for help!

I have checked the ligands ,there was nothing wrong with ligands.Who can give me some suggestions?

Could you try continueing the job with the continue jobline command?
