I downloaded the zinc library from the VirtualFlow website with 1.4B compounds using the provided wget script. I wrote a script to add the .listing file required for the adaptive screening in VirtualFlow2, and all tranches were extracted and processed fine except for 24.
I inspected them individually and they appear to be corrupted

Is this a known issue? Even when they were redownloaded in case it was a transient issue the tar command in linux doesn’t appear to recognize it.
