And then, I check the summary in the folder output-file. I found that the high-score ligands on cluster A failed on cluster B, (such as Z2961205801_13_T1)
so could you please tell me the reason? thank you
The files in the folder output-file/ligand-list are the same, they all show failed(ligand_coordinates)
could you please tell me the meaning of failed(ligand_coordinates)？I am confused that whether the docking is succeeded or failed, the file in the folder ligand-list are same.
