List for failed ligands in VFVS

Where i can find the list for failed ligands in VFVS, after started docking ?

Dear Vas,

There are two ways:

  • In the folder output-files/complete/<docking-scenario>/ligand-lists/ you can see the status of each ligand after the collection which it contained was completed. For that, the option keep_ligand_summary_logs needed to enabled in the all.ctrl file.
  • You look into the logfiles located in the workflow/output-files/queues/ subfolders.
