Job is not failed, but the .err file of queue which is in the workflow output file had error message

Hello everyone,
I am launching flexiable docking using VFVS, but when I submit the 5 jobs there just two jobs are running, other three jobs are stopped because of there are no ligand collections left.However, the two running jobs are not failed, the .err file of queue which is in the workflow output file had error message like this:

Dear Vera,

Could you describe in more detail what you did? E.g. did you prepare a custom library for the flexible dockings, or did you use the pre-made VirtualFlow REAL library?

If there are now ligand collections left for the last 3 joblines, then you might want to decrease the number of ligand collections per jobfile.

Do the two running jobs produce docking results?
