As the error message states, the partition “shared” does not exist on our cluster. “shared” was a provided default value, but it needs to be adjusted according to your cluster, as mentioned in the documentation/tutorials.
Basic BASH and SLURM knowledge is required for running VirtualFlow on a SLURM cluster. Often universities with clusters offer courses on how to use their cluster, and there is also quite some material online available.
