Does JChem Suite need internet access to run VFLP?

Hi all,

I have my ligands in smile format within the correct tranche format, and all packages installed, but VFLP still doesn’t run. My cluster is behind a firewall - do I need to figure out a way around this in order to use JChemSuite during ligand prep?

It doesn’t seem like this should be the case, but I’m not sure where else the issue could be.

Hi Chris,

If you have installed the academic version of the JChemPackage, without a special license for cxcalc and molconvert, then this might be the problem because ChemAxon recently removed these tools from JChemPackage as far as I heard.
