I completed some docking of 4.7 million compounds libraries.
Then I used report tools:
./vf_report.sh -c workflow
./vf_report.sh -c vs -d qvina_w_rigid_receptor1 -n 1000
and
vfvs_pp_ranking_all.sh …/…/output-files/complete/ 1 meta_tranche
The last command created a ranking only for the complete results of the output-files folder.
What is the incomplete folder results? In what way they are incomplete?
Does the > ./vf_report.sh -c vs -d qvina_w_rigid_receptor1 -n 1000; command take into account both the complete and incomplete results?
can the vfvs_pp_ranking_all.sh be used to rank all complete and incomplete results?
