Can VFVS run across partitions?

Hi all,
I have a question. Whether VFVS can run across partitions, for example, I want to use all nodes in partitions A and B in the slurm system for drug screening at the same time. Or can I run multiple VFVS tasks at the same time?

Using slurm, you should be able to give a list of multiple partitions to be used. You can set “slurm_partition” in the VirtualFlow all.ctrl file to e.g. “slurm_partition=partitionA,partitionB” (partitions comma separated).
